Description:
Daniel Milisic has reported an issue in Symantec Norton AntiVirus / Norton Internet Security.

Certain visual basic scripts can disable parts of the programs UI. This causes the program to wrongly report that the auto-protection feature has been disabled and stops notifying the user about any malicious activity.

This is considered to be inappropriate behaviour and not a vulnerability.
