Description:
Ziv Kamir has discovered a vulnerability in Cyber Web Filter, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.

The web filter can be configured to restrict access based on the destination IP address of a website. The vulnerability is caused due to insufficient validation of IP addresses in client requests, which can be exploited to bypass some access rules by using octal numbers in the IP address.

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 2.00. Other versions may also be affected.
