Description:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Sun Java System Web Server and Sun Java System Application Server, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerabilities are caused due to some errors within the handling of client certificates and can be exploited to crash the application by supplying a malformed client certificate.

The vulnerabilities affect the following versions:
* Sun Java System Web Server 6.0 Service Pack 7 and prior
* Sun Java System Web Server 6.1 Service Pack 1 and prior
* Sun Java System Application Server 7 Standard Edition Update 4 and prior
* Sun Java System Application Server 7 Platform Edition Update 4 and prior
* Sun Java System Application Server 7 2004Q2
