Description

Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Kayako eSupport, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting and SQL injection attacks.

1) Input passed to the "searchm" parameter in "index.php" isn't properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of a vulnerable site.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.x. Other versions may also be affected.

2) Input passed to the "_i", "ticketkey22", and "email22" parameters in "index.php", and the email field in the "Forgot Key" feature is not properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.x. Other versions may also be affected.

3) Input passed to the "nav" parameter in "index.php" isn't properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of a vulnerable site.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.3.1. Other versions may also be affected.

4) Input passed to the "_i" and "_c" parameters in "index.php" isn't properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of a vulnerable site.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.3. Other versions may also be affected.
