Description


SUSE has issued an update for the kernel. This fixes multiple vulnerabilities, which can be exploited to cause a DoS (Denial of Service), gain knowledge of sensitive information, or gain escalated privileges.

The following vulnerabilities have also been reported:

1) An unspecified error within the RPC handling can be exploited by malicious people to crash the system.

2) An unspecified memory leak exists in the ip_conntrack_ftp firewalling module.
