Description: James Bercegay has reported some vulnerabilities in PhotoPost Classifieds, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting and SQL injection attacks, and compromise a vulnerable system.
1) Input passed to the "si" parameter in "showcat.php", "report" parameter in "reportproduct.php", and "productid" parameter in "contact.php" isn't properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of a vulnerable site.
2) Input passed to the "product" and "sort" parameters in "showproduct.php", "productid" parameter in "contact.php", "product" parameter in "addfav.php", "cat" parameter in "showcat.php" and "index.php", and "cedit" parameter in "comments.php" isn't properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
3) An error in the handling of file uploads for filenames with multiple extensions (e.g. "test.jpg.php.jpg.php") can be exploited to upload malicious script files inside the web root.
Solution: Update to version 2.02.
