Description:
Luigi Auriemma has reported a vulnerability in Halocon, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the communication handling. This can be exploited to terminate the server socket by sending an empty UDP datagram to port 2305.

Successful exploitation can lead to the administrator not being able to access the Halocon application.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.0.0.81 and prior.
