Description: RusH security team has reported some vulnerabilities in ITA Forum, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
Input passed to several scripts is not properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This may be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
Affected scripts:
* The "uid" parameter in "showuser.php".
* The "fid" parameter in "showforum.php".
* The "tid" parameter in "showthread.php".
* The "forgot" parameter in "forgotpass.php".
* The "search" parameter in "search.php".
* The "user_login" parameter in "adduser.php".
* The "user_name" parameter in "itaflogin.php".
Successful exploitation requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled for all parameters except "search".
The vulnerabilities have been reported in version 1.49. Other versions may also be affected.
