Description: benjilenoob has reported some vulnerabilities in CoolForum, which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct script insertion and SQL injection attacks.
1) Input passed to the "email" parameter in "mail.php" isn't properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to inject arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious user data is viewed.
2) Various input passed to scripts in the "admin/" directory isn't properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
Successful exploitation requires user to be authenticated as an administrator.
The vulnerabilities have been reported in version 0.7.2. Prior versions may also be affected.
