Description:
Florian Westphal has reported a vulnerability in ngIRCd, which can be exploited by malicious users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) and potentially compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an integer underflow in the "Lists_MakeMask()" function and can be exploited to cause a buffer overflow.

Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code.
