Description:
Two vulnerabilities have been reported in Eternal Lines Web Server, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service), disclose sensitive information, and bypass certain security restrictions.

1) An error in the connection handling can be exploited to block legitimate access to the web server by establishing about 70 connections. This prevents further connections from being established.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.0.

2) An input validation error makes it possible to access arbitrary files outside the web root via directory traversal attacks.

This can also be exploited to execute local programs.

Example:
http://[host]/nonexistencefile?..\\..\\..\\..\\..\\..\\..\\[file]

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 1.0.
