Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in OpenServer, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in the command line handling in "enable" and can be exploited to cause a buffer overflow.

This is related to:
SA8063

Successful exploitation requires "lp" privileges and can lead to execution of arbitrary code with root privileges.

Solution:
Apply updated packages.
