Albania Security Clan has reported a vulnerability in xGB, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass the user authentication and gain administrative access.

The vulnerability is caused due to an authentication error allowing anyone to access the administrative functionality directly without logging in first.

Example:
http://[victim]/xGB.php?act=admin&do=edit

The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.0. Other versions may also be affected.

NOTE: This is currently being exploited.
