Description:
Kostya Kortchinsky has reported a vulnerability in some versions of Microsoft Windows, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in the License Logging service and can be exploited to cause a buffer overflow via a specially crafted message.

Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code.

Solution:
Apply patches.
