Description: Erik Sjölund has reported a vulnerability in Sympa, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.
The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in the queue utility when processing command line arguments. This can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow by passing an overly long string as a listname.
Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code with the privileges of the "sympa" user.
