Description
:
A vulnerability has been reported in HP-UX, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error and has been reported in HP-UX BIND 9.2.0.
Solution
:
Apply patches.
HP-UX B.11.00:
Install revision B.11.00.01.004 or subsequent.
HP-UX B.11.11:
Install revision B.11.11.01.006 or subsequent.
HP-UX B.11.22
Install PHNE_32783 or subsequent
HP-UX B.11.23:
Install PHNE_32443 or subsequent.
