Description: Erik Sjölund has reported some vulnerabilities in xpcd, which may be exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.
The vulnerabilities are caused due to some boundary errors in the functions "main()" in "view.c", "CompleteAction()" in "complete.c" and "load_image()" in "plug-0.54.c". This may be exploited to cause a buffer overflow and potentially execute arbitrary code with root privileges.
