Solution: Update to version 2.6.1-pl2 or later.
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=23067
Set "register_globals" to "Off".
NOTE: The vulnerabilities have only been partially fixed. It is still possible to include arbitrary local files and conduct cross-site scripting attacks via certain parameters when "register_globals" is enabled. This has been confirmed in version 2.6.4-pl3. Other versions may also be affected.
