Description: Rolf Leggewie has reported two vulnerabilities in reportbug, which may potentially expose sensitive information in bugreports and can be exploited by malicious, local users to view sensitive information.
1) The .reportbugrc files are created with world-readable permissions allowing anyone to read the contents.
2) .bugreportrc includes the "smtppasswd" password setting.
This has been reported in version 3.7.1 and prior.
