Description:
Multiple vulnerabilities have been reported in phpCOIN, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting and SQL injection attacks and disclose sensitive information.

1) Input passed to certain ID parameters in various modules isn't properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

Examples:
mod.php?mod=faq&mode=show&faq_id=[SQL]
mod.php?mod=pages&mode=view&id=[SQL]
mod.php?mod=siteinfo&id=[SQL]

The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.2.0 and 1.2.1b. Other versions may also be affected.

2) Input passed to certain parameters in various modules isn't properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of a vulnerable site.

Examples:
mod.php?mod=helpdesk&mode=new[SCRIPT]
mod.php?mod=mail&mode=reset&w=user[SCRIPT]
login.php?w=user&o=login&e=u[SCRIPT]

The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.2.0 and 1.2.1b. Other versions may also be affected.

3) Input passed to the "page" parameter in "auxpage.php" isn't properly verified, before it is used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from local resources.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.2.1b and prior.

4) Input passed to various fields is not properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

Successful exploitation requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.2.1b and prior.
