Description:
Tavis Ormandy has reported a vulnerability in ImageMagick, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to a format string error within the handling of filenames and can be exploited by passing a specially crafted filename containing format specifiers.

Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code with the privileges of the user running ImageMagick.
