Solution:
HP-UX B.11.00 and B.11.11:
Install revision A.2.0.53.00 or later.

Migrate to HP-UX B.11.23 and install revision B.2.0.53.00 or later.
HP-UX B.11.23:
Install revision B.2.0.53.00 or later.
