Description:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Vortex Portal, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

1) Input passed to the "act" parameter in content.php and index.php is not properly verified before being used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from external and local resources.

2) Input passed to the "cfgProgDir" parameter in admincp/auth/secure.php and admincp/auth/checklogin.php is not properly verified before being used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from external and local resources.

Successful exploitation may require that "register_globals" is enabled.

Solution:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
