Description: Diabolic Crab has reported some vulnerabilities in MX Shop and MX Kart, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
Input passed to various id parameters in "index.php" isn't properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
The vulnerabilities have been reported in MX Shop 1.1.1 and 3.2.0, and MX Kart 1.1.2. Other versions may also be affected.
Solution: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
Provided and/or discovered by: Diabolic Crab
Reported in MX Shop 3.2.0 by David Sopas Ferreira.
Changelog: 2005-04-05: Added CVE references.
2005-09-19: Added MX Shop 3.x as affected. Updated advisory.
2005-09-23: Added CVE reference.
