Description: Lachlan. H has reported a vulnerability in RaidenFTPD, which can be exploited by malicious users to disclose sensitive information.
The vulnerability is caused due to an input validation error in the handling of the "urlget" site command, making it possible to access arbitrary files outside the FTP root via directory traversal attacks.
Example:
"site urlget file:/..\\[file]"
The vulnerability has been reported in versions prior to 2.4 build 2241.
