Description: Donato Ferrante has discovered a vulnerability in Yawcam, which can be exploited by malicious people to gain knowledge of sensitive information.
The vulnerability is caused due to an input validation error in the built-in web server when handling requests. This can be exploited to access arbitrary files outside the web root via directory traversal attacks.
The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 0.2.5. Prior versions may also be affected.
Solution: Update to version 0.2.6.
