Description: CorryL has reported a vulnerability in MailEnable, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.
The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in the HTTPMail Connector (MEHTTPS.exe) when processing "Authorization:" headers. This can be exploited to cause a buffer overflow by supplying an overly long string (about 270 bytes) in the "Authorization:" header.
Solution: Apply hotfix:
