The vulnerability has been reported in the versions 4.2 through 4.5.10 and 4.6 through 4.6.2.

NOTE: A weakness where BIG-IP and 3-DNS Controller systems receive certain types of UDP packets on protected ports, even when port lockdown is enabled, has also been reported.

Solution
The vulnerability has been fixed in versions 4.5.11 and 4.6.3.
