Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Solaris, which can be exploited by malicious users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the NIS+ service daemon (rpc.nisd) and can be exploited by unprivileged users on NIS+ client systems to disable the service.
