Description:
Gentoo has issued an update for gzip. This fixes a vulnerability, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to extract files to arbitrary directories on a user's system.

This also fixes a race condition when setting file permissions and an input validation error in the zgrep utility.

Solution:
Update to "app-arch/gzip-1.3.5-r6" or later.
