Description:
Jens Steube has reported a vulnerability in PPxP, which potentially can be exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error where privileges are not correctly dropped before opening a user supplied log file. This may be exploited to open a shell with escalated privileges.
