Description: Luigi Auriemma has reported a vulnerability in RakNet, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the communication handling. This can be exploited to freeze a vulnerable game server by sending an empty UDP datagram.
The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.33. Prior versions may also be affected.
Solution: The vulnerability has been fixed in an updated 2.33 version (after 2005-05-30).
