Seyed Hamid Kashfi has discovered a vulnerability in i-Gallery, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks and disclose system information.

Input passed to the "folder" parameter in "folderview.asp" is not properly sanitised before being returned to users and used to view folders. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site, or disclose the contents of arbitrary directories via directory traversal attacks.

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 3.3. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised and verified.
