Description:
Some vulnerabilities have been discovered in DVBBS, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.

1) Input passed to the "action" parameter in showerr.asp is not properly sanitised before being returned to users. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

Example:
http://[host]/showerr.asp?action=[code]

2) Input passed to the "title" parameter in boardhelp.asp is not properly sanitised before being returned to users. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

Example:
http://[host]/boardhelp.asp?boardid=0&act=2&title=[code]

The vulnerabilities have been confirmed in version 7.1.0. Prior versions may also be affected.
