Apply patches when available or implement workaround.

Apply patch 120719-01.

Solaris 8:
Apply T-patch 112669-03.

Solaris 10:
Apply patch 120720-01.

The vendor recommends setting the sticky bit on shared directories and not using the "-N" or "--name" flags when decompressing files.

A final resolution is reportedly pending completion.
