Description: Reed Arvin has discovered a vulnerability in FTPshell Server, which can be exploited by malicious users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error when handling requests that have issued a PORT command to 127.0.0.1 and then terminated without the QUIT command. This can be exploited to crash the server by sending 39 such requests.
The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 3.38. Prior versions may also be affected.
