Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in HP NonStop Server, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the DCE Core Services within the DCE daemon (DCED) when processing requests. This can be exploited to crash the service via a specially crafted request packet.

The vulnerability affects HP NonStop Server running T8403 DCE Core Services revision ABH or earlier on G06.14 through G06.26.
