Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in WebLogic Portal, which can be exploited by malicious users to bypass certain security restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in enforcing user entitlements and can be exploited via specially crafted URLs to access pages that the user is not entitled to.

Successful exploitation requires that the entitlements are placed directly on desktop books, pages, or portlets.

The vulnerability has been reported in WebLogic Portal 8.1 through Service Pack 4 (all platforms).

Apply patch (requires Service Pack 4):
