SGI has issued a patch for SGI Advanced Linux Environment. This fixes some vulnerabilities, which can be exploited by malicious people to gain knowledge of potentially sensitive information, conduct spoofing attacks, manipulate certain data, bypass certain security restrictions, cause a DoS (Denial of Service), and compromise a user's system.
