Description:
SGI has issued a patch for SGI Advanced Linux Environment. This fixes some vulnerabilities, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to perform certain actions on a vulnerable system with escalated privileges, or by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service), overwrite arbitrary files on a user's system, gain knowledge of various information, or compromise a vulnerable system.
