Description:
Some vulnerabilities have been discovered in Typsoft FTP Server, which can be exploited by malicious users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

1) A vulnerability is caused due to an error in handling the RETR command. This can be exploited to crash the FTP service by sending the "RETR" command without sending the "PORT" command.

NOTE: The vulnerability may only be exploitable in certain configurations. e.g. using the default configured "Anonymous" user account.

2) A vulnerability is caused due to an error when handling "APPE" and "DELE" commands. This can be exploited to crash the FTP service by e.g. using the "APPE" command on a file and then attempting the delete the same file via the "DELE" command.

Successful exploitation requires "Upload" privileges.

The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 1.11. Prior versions may also be affected.
