Description: Two vulnerabilities have been reported in openswan-2, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
1) An error in the handling of IKE packets with an invalid 3DES key length can be exploited to cause a DoS.
The vulnerability has been reported in versions prior to 2.4.2.
2) An unknown error in the handling of certain specially crafted IKE packets can be exploited to cause a DoS.
Successful exploitation requires the usage of Aggressive Mode and the knowledge of the PSK.
The vulnerability has been reported in versions prior to 2.4.4.
