Description:
Robin Verton has reported some vulnerabilities in AlstraSoft Affiliate Network Pro, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting and SQL injection attacks, and compromise a vulnerable system.

1) Input passed to the username and password fields when logging into the administration interface and the "login", "password", and "flag" parameters in "login_validate.php" isn't properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

This can further be exploited to bypass the authentication process and access the administration interface where PHP code can be injected and executed via the "number" parameter passed to "admin_options_manage.php".

Successful exploitation requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled.

2) Input passed to the "Err" parameter in "admin/index.php", and the "firstname" and "lastname" parameters in "index.php" isn't properly saintised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

It is also possible to disclose the full path to certain scripts by accessing them directly.

The vulnerabilities have been reported in version 7.2. Other versions may also be affected.
