Description: Hans Wolters has reported a weakness and a vulnerability in the image gallery module for Exponent CMS, which can be exploited by malicious users to disclose system information and conduct script insertion attacks.
1) The problem is that the full path to the installation is shown when placing preview icons.
2) An input validation error in the upload handling can be exploited to upload documents containing arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious document is viewed.
