Description:
r0t has discovered some vulnerabilities in PluggedOut Nexus, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection and cross-site scripting attacks.

1) Input passed to the "firstname", "lastname" and "location" parameters in "search.php" isn't properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

2) Input passed to the "firstname", "lastname" and "location" parameters in "search.php" isn't properly sanitised before being returned to the user in an SQL error message. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

Successful exploitation requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled.

The vulnerabilities have been confirmed in version 0.1. Other versions may also be affected.
