Description: NOTE: Based on information from the vendor, this is NOT a vulnerability in the mentioned product, but in a public site, and the advisory has therefore been revoked.
r0t has reported a vulnerability in lemoon, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.
Input passed to the "q" parameter when performing a search isn't properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.
The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.0 and prior. Other versions may also be affected.
