The vulnerability has been reported in versions 4.2R6, 5.0R5, 5.1R3 and prior.
Solution: Update to the fixed versions.
Version 4.x:
Update to version 4.2R7.
Version 5.x:
Update to version 5.0R6 or 5.1R4.
Note: The patch reportedly might break compatibility with IE 3.02 and prior versions.
