Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in MediaWiki, which can be exploited by malicious users to bypass certain security restrictions and conduct script insertion attacks.

The vulnerability is caused due to the presence of a hardcoded internal placeholder string. This can be exploited to bypass certain security checks on inline style attributes and inject arbitrary JavaScript code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious user data is viewed with the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser.
