Description:
Some vulnerabilities have been discovered in B-net Software, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting and script insertion attacks, and to bypass certain security restrictions.

1) Input passed to various fields when signing the guestbook and sending a message via the "Shoutbox" in shout.php and guestbook.php isn't properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to inject arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious user data is viewed.

The vulnerabilities have been confirmed in version 1.0. Prior versions may also be affected.

2) Incorrect termination of the admin scripts if they accessed directly without logon can be exploited to gain access to the administration functionalities without requiring knowledge of the admin password.

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 1.0 and 1.1. Other versions may also be affected.

3) Input passed to the "name" and "web" form field parameters is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 1.0 and 1.1. Other versions may also be affected.
