Description: Tavis Ormandy has reported a security issue in pinentry, which potentially can be exploited by malicious, local users to perform certain actions on a vulnerable system with escalated privileges.
The problem is that the pinentry ebuild assigns insecure permissions for the pinentry binaries in the installation process. This may be exploited to disclose the content of or manipulate arbitrary files with a group ID of 0.
